Following the success of last year’s Development Finance Seminar (November 2025), and in response to strong demand for further events, HBF is pleased to confirm that it will be hosting two seminars this year for our SME developer members.
The first SME Developer Seminar will take place from 10am to 4pm, Tuesday 21 April at the Novotel London Blackfriars. While previous events have focused primarily on development finance, feedback from members has encouraged us to broaden the scope this year. Alongside presentations from lenders, you can also expect to hear from speakers providing other key services to SME house builders, including law, tax, and insurance.
As always, the seminar promises to be an engaging and informative day. A full agenda will be shared in due course, however we anticipate registration opening from 9.30am, with the seminar running from 10am to 4pm. Refreshments and a networking lunch will be provided.
