Bryn Maidman is currently the Chair of the Southern Managing Directors. Bryn has over 20 years’ experience as a Managing Director and Divisional Managing Director across the south of the UK with Taylor Wimpey.
Bryn is now responsible TWs East Anglia and Spanish business. Having been part of the HBF organisation for many years, Bryn is well known across the industry. In his role, he brings HBF support to MDs across major housebuilders, Mid-Cap, Metropole members, and SMEs. He views the forums he chairs as opportunities for individuals in the industry to learn, network, and receive support without company allegiance at the forefront of their minds.
