Clare Bates is the Chief People Officer and General Counsel of Vistry Group PLC responsible for Legal, Governance, Compliance, People, Internal Audit, Insurance and is also the Company Secretary for the PLC. She is a corporate solicitor by background and joined Vistry in 2021.
Clare co-chairs the HBF Legal group with Adrian Hicks of Persimmon.
