Now Regional Managing Director for Gleeson Homes’ Yorkshire South & West, he drives operational excellence and the delivery of high‑quality, affordable homes. In February 2026, Jim was appointed to the HBF MDs Forum for Yorkshire and the Northeast, serving as Regional and Member Meeting Chair, strengthening industry collaboration and regional leadership.
