2026 – The Power to Move

New Homes Week's 2026 theme, The Power to Move, enabled us to cut through market uncertainty and position new build homes as an empowering choice for would be buyers - driving consideration and action by spotlighting the advantages of today’s new builds.
More than 175 organisations took part in NHW26. As a result there were over 100 news stories published promoting new homes, while hundreds of advocates engaged on social media, contributing to an impressive potential reach of more than 290 million.
